Modified curbside service:
Upon arrival at the hospital, please remain in your vehicle in the parking lot and call (503)324-6060 to let us know you are here. Please take note of the spot number you have parked in. After receipt of your call a technician will come to your vehicle to pick up your pet as soon as possible. We now give you the option to wait in your car or accompany your pet in to our clinic for the appointment. Our lobby is not open but we allow up to 2 people in each exam room during the appointment, masks are now optional in our office. We are continuing curbside only for surgeries and all technician appointments. We ask that you maintain social distancing from others both in the office and curbside.
Policies and Procedures:
Thank you all for your incredible support through this uncharted experience. We will do our best to keep you updated on any changes to our process. We are still trying to be very cautious and safe in regards to both our staff as well as our clients and patients. We are continuing to adhere to social distancing recommendations and at this time are implementing a modified curbside service plan for all appointments. This means that we have not yet opened our lobby to the public, but we are doing our best to make these processes as smooth and easy as possible for everyone. We still have our pick-up window set up for prepaid medication and food orders (under the white tent), and we have telemedicine appointments available. We are open all of our regular hours, and as always we have a doctor on call after hours for emergencies. In addition, we have also started to add more routine appointments and surgeries as our schedule allows. Please note that we are booking out much further than we usually do for all appointments and especially for routine exams and surgeries. We ask for, and appreciate, your patience and understanding as we try to work through this backlog of appointment and surgery requests.
