Appointment Protocol:  

       Our lobby is now open and masks are optional.  In an effort to create a safe environment for patients and minimize the number of people in the lobby, we ask you to please remain in your vehicle in the parking lot and give us a call at 503-324-6060 to check-in.  You are welcome to come into the clinic with your pet for their doctor appointment or you may opt to remain curbside.  We are continuing to offer curbside only service for our surgery and technician appointments.

You are welcome to come into the clinic with your pet for their doctor appointment or you may opt to remain curbside. We are still curbside only service for our surgery and technician appointments. We will continue to utilize our pick-up window for medication and food orders (under the white tent), and offer telemedicine appointments via phone.

Please know we are booking out much further than usual for all appointments, with wellness exams and surgeries booking the farthest out. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we try to work through the backlog of appointment requests.
